Scott is an accomplished financial services industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, technology and general management roles. Scott started his career with Aetna Capital Management in 1988 as an Employee Benefit Representative, working with companies’ employee benefit and retirement programs. In 1992, he joined Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Boston, MA rising to President, US Retirement Services after a variety of cross functional management assignments. He joined Vault as the company’s first Executive Chairman in June, 2020.
