This is a new full-time position for immediate hire. The right candidate will be legally able to work in the U.S. but can perform the job remotely, or can choose to be located in Austin, Texas, where Vault is headquartered. The position offers base salary + commission, unlimited PTO, summer Fridays, flexible hours (with manager approval) and full benefits.
- 3+ years experience successfully selling B2B software/technology/Saas products.
- Tech-savviness is a MUST.
- Experience demo’ing software and speaking directly to the needs of your customer.
- Experience creating and delivering pricing proposals, editing contracts, and closing deals.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment where teammates wear several hats and everyone pitches in to make our clients successful.
- Experience writing successful responses to often-complex RFPs.
- Interest in fintech, HR benefits, Saas innovation a plus.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and take initiative when you see an area that needs improvement.
- Be able to effectively communicate technical information in simple terms.
Required Skills & Experience.
In order to be successful at Vault, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, superb interpersonal skills, and the energy to wake up every day and connect our software offering with progressive companies. You’re self-driven and an organized self-starter, a master of CRM, and owner of an always-updated sales pipeline.
Previous experience selling within the healthcare sector and/or adjacent to employee benefits, payroll, human resource technology is a plus!
